Job Opportunity
\rThe ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our migration process.
\rKey Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive test scenarios to cover various aspects of the migration process.\r
- Identify and organize potential risks associated with the migration and suggest mitigation strategies.\r
- Validate source data against destination data to ensure accuracy and completeness during the migration process.\r
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication regarding testing progress and issues.\r
- Evaluate the feasibility of creating automated tests to assist with data validation and overall quality assurance.\r
- Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, results, and any identified issues.\r
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in QA testing, with a focus on data migration or similar projects.\r
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, document, and execute test scenarios.\r
- Familiarity with risk management practices in a QA context.\r
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\r
- Experience with data validation and comparison techniques.\r
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus, but not mandatory.\r
- Advanced English Communication.\r
