As a Senior Logistics and Foreign Trade Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that this process runs smoothly and on time. By optimizing logistics processes and maintaining compliance, you will support our company's strategic goals and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Coordinate all aspects of import, export, and local logistics shipments, ensuring timely execution and precise shipment tracking.
- Monitor and coordinate carrier capacity across various freight categories to support efficient and timely transportation.
- Drive supplier relationships and negotiate with carriers to optimize logistics operations locally and internationally.
- Leverage your expertise to develop strategies that enhance logistics flow, minimizing risks and delays.
- Actively manage plant requirements and oversee the end-to-end transport of materials for local and international delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Deliver operational improvements by analyzing data and implementing solutions to root cause problems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import regulations and tariffs to minimize risks and avoid delays. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices for data management and analytics, enhancing the accuracy and utility of logistics information.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Administration, Foreign Trade, or related field.
- Previous experience in Transport, Logistics, and Customs Operation.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, including PowerBI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and special regimes (Recof).
