Tech Innovator Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Tech Innovator to drive the development of cutting-edge technology solutions for our industry.

This role involves leading the architecture, design, and implementation of critical systems with high impact across multiple teams. You will be responsible for driving technical strategy, setting engineering standards, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong architectural skills, a pragmatic approach to design tradeoffs, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-team stakeholders. Additionally, you should have expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, backend APIs, cloud infrastructure, and proficiency in Python, AWS lambda, MongoDB, ML/AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a principal role.
• Proven ability to drive complex technical projects from 0 to production.
• Deep understanding of core engineering principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
