Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide innovative health solutions for all animals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Verify materials against documentation and maintain accurate stock control through cycle counting.
• Load finished products for dispatch to logistics operators, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Process invoices in JDE, checking purchase orders and physical deliveries, as well as certificates of analysis.
• Store materials in the quarantine area, adhering to quality control procedures.
• Write off materials that leave stock due to production orders or requisitions.
• Enter items returned from the factory into the warehouse, updating stock levels accordingly.
• Receive materials, checking invoices, certificates of analysis, and purchase orders through the system.
• Identify and store materials in the quarantine area for subsequent analysis and approval by the Quality area.
• Store products safely and efficiently, maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
• Separate and forward materials requested through OPs to Production, ensuring smooth operations.
• Verify finished products against invoices and load goods for dispatch to logistics operators.
• Transfer OPs physically and in the JDE system to production, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Report any issues or suggestions arising from team activities to the responsible person.
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with established procedures.

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in warehouse operations and documentation. Previous experience with forklift operation and knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices are highly desirable.
