We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of technical foundations on the ServiceNow platform. As a Principal Platform Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business outcomes by crafting innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver successful projects.
- Provide expert guidance to customers, partners, and internal team members in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Build relationships with technical and business leaders at customer sites to understand their digital transformation vision and translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
- Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard for digital transformation platforms, integrated with customer core applications.
- 12+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience and ability to travel up to 80%.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow and industry domain expertise in large program experience leading architecture and design.
- Enterprise architecture experience and cloud application technology experience.
