As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for administering company compensation and benefits programs, providing technical support for both domestic and international locations. This role requires coordination of vendors and programs, administration of contracts and/or vendor agreements, and oversight of audits related to employee benefits plans.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation data benchmarking
- Participation in compensation surveys
- Supporting organization's compensation needs
- Leading annual merit plan process
- Supporting organization with various bonus plans
- Providing HR Business Partners tools to ensure all salary adjustments, promotions, and compliance with compensation established guidelines, policies and practices
- Year-end reporting and coordination with vendor on Stock Plan management reporting
- Project lead for all Pay Equity Analyses
- Ensuring pay equity across the organization via data analysis
- Completing EEO1 surveys, Bureau of Labor Statistics reporting and all other state or local reporting requirements and requests as needed
- Ensuring HRIS data is up-to-date by performing regular audits of job codes, Incentive Compensation (IC) changes, EEO1 category audits, etc.
- Completing required compensation tables for annual proxy statement
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources administration or a related field, along with five to ten years' experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Human Resources. You should have extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, human resource laws, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is also required.
