At Thoughtworks, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Machine Learning Architect to lead our machine learning engineering initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive digital innovation and shape the future of technology.
Job Responsibilities- We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in designing and executing cross-functional requirements based on business priorities.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern architectures, distributed systems, and scalable designs to handle large-scale ML applications.
- You will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining ML systems using relevant ML techniques and platforms, such as Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, MLFlow, Kubeflow, or Pytorch.
- In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate client needs into technically feasible and impactful ML applications.
- As a key influencer, you will champion Responsible AI and effective ways of working within the team, advocating for a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- The successful candidate must have GenAI experience and strong proficiency in developing technical vision and strategy, keeping it relevant and aligned to business needs.
- Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code is essential, with a focus on readability and refactoring using Python or Shell.
- A proven track record in designing and operating infrastructure required to run different types of ML training and serving workloads is necessary.
- Familiarity with cloud services for building and deploying ML pipelines, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks, is also required.
