Senior Network Engineer

This role combines day-to-day responsibilities of a NOC operator with senior-level leadership. Our team is seeking a highly skilled individual to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response in the Network Operations Center.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Mentor, guide, and share knowledge with the team.
- Improve processes, documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on problem resolution and improvements.
- Proven experience in NOC/Operations (mandatory).
- Strong troubleshooting and proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, SDN/overlay concepts, RF, and 5G.
- Linux and scripting skills desired.
- Experience with monitoring, management tools, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with incident life cycle and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
