We are seeking a talented Hardware Development Engineer Intern to join our team. As an intern in this role, you will play a critical part in the design and development of innovative hardware products.

Our company has a long history of designing and manufacturing advanced technologies, including driveline and transmission actuation systems, vision systems, emissions control systems, safety systems, and security and monitoring systems for various markets. We focus on addressing areas of greatest market need, both today and tomorrow. Our core products and technologies align with industry megatrends, such as safety and security, vehicle intelligence, fuel efficiency, and emissions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support hardware development activities for new products, create printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, assemble and debug electronic boards using surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components (PTH), and assist in conducting tests to validate the functionality of components and/or products.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You should also have basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly. Advanced English language skills are required, both written and spoken. Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • Support hardware development activities for new products
  • Create PCB layouts
  • Assemble and debug electronic boards, working with SMD and PTH components
  • Assist in conducting tests to validate the functionality of components and/or products
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
