Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. As the captain of our bakery day or night, you will be responsible for predicting the flow of business during a successful shift and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.

You will lead by example, demonstrating outstanding communication, time management, and people skills while prioritizing tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning. Your hands-on leadership style should inspire and motivate others to achieve their best.

As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining operations during your shift, communicating pertinent information, and monitoring production efficiency. You will also assist in the training and coaching of team members and provide a safe, clean, working environment for our guests and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
  • Point of Sale systems experience
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
  • Outgoing/friendly/patient demeanor
  • Detail focused and results-oriented
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
