Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead all activities related to dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee dispute resolution operations to ensure escalated complaints are resolved fairly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate regulatory interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead fraud investigations and monitor activities to detect suspicious behavior.
  • Develop ongoing strategies and programs for fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) prevention.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and regularly review processes to mitigate legal risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, fraud, and regulatory affairs.
  • In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Law degree.
  • Certifications in compliance management.
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in dispute resolution.
  • Experience in the field of risk management.
