The primary objective of this role is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all merchant material procurements in Brazil.
- Identify risk points in the procurement process and communicate promptly with multiple business parties to eliminate risks.
- Maintain close communication with the business development team and merchants, and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback.
This position involves working closely with internal teams to identify operational needs and pain points. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements:- Familiarity with standard internal processes from product development to iteration.
- Experience with merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms, preferably in the food delivery industry.
- In-depth knowledge of daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants or ability to collaborate with internal teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English as working languages.
