Tooling Specialist

We have a wide variety of career opportunities around the world. Technical Operations/Maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring our aircraft are maintained and overhauled efficiently.

Job Overview:
  • To perform tool servicing and repair to meet quality and timing standards, ensuring tools are available for production on time.
  • To conduct minor tool repairs and modify ancillary parts as required.
  • To maintain accurate records of all servicing and repair work completed.
  • To contribute to the implementation and improvement of effective preventive maintenance strategies for tooling and equipment.
  • To calibrate support equipment and other tooling according to usage/condition schedules.

This position is subject to local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas will not be awarded.

Requirements:
  • High School Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation in English.
  • Proficiency in documenting and completing tooling records in English.
  • 5 years' experience in Tool Crib with an airline industry background.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset, willing to share and seek improvements.
  • Effective communication skills with departmental leadership and other divisions/departments.
  • Capacity to process information and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
  • Ability to complete all necessary forms and reports for tool crib maintenance activities.
  • Valid Passport and U.S. Visa (pre-scheduled US Consulate visit accepted).
  • Legal authorization to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Valid local driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts within a 24-hour, 7-day operation.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential job requirement.
