We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in process improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and coach within the plant.

The successful candidate will also have a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to master change and drive results through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expertise: Collaborate with departments to create an impactful deployment plan.
  • Ensure Production System Deployment: Support standardized work, OHP development, and lead FES training sessions.
  • Lead Time Reduction: Implement continuous flow and provide expertise on Kanban loop sizing.
  • Digital Tools Deployment: Ensure quality data capture and deliver training on tools like NEO, DMC, mLean.
  • FES Principles Application: Participate from the design stage, implement lean process design, and submit good practices.
  • GAP Closure: Identify productivity potential and participate in workshops.
  • MFC/Scrap/Yield Improvement: Focus on Hoshin, 7 wastes, cycle time improvement, bottleneck management, and more.
  • Action Plan Management: Close gaps to DLE max.
  • Problem-Solving Activities: Run value management workshops and lead activities for Scrap/Yield improvement.
  • Change Agent: Cultivate a FES mindset rooted in Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
  • Communication: Promote FES X.0 through effective communication and pull teams into the journey of continuous improvement.
