Global Operations Director

We are seeking a results-driven leader to drive operational excellence, scalability and sustainable growth in our organization.

• Manage global operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for operational efficiency, service quality and profitability.
• Leverage digital transformation to automate processes, optimize operations and adopt innovative technologies.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, trade laws and industry standards.
• Manage profit and loss responsibility for operations, focusing on cost reduction and long-term revenue growth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.
• Collaborate with the executive team to define business strategies and global expansion goals.
• Establish relationships with clients, partners, carriers and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing global operations team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for service excellence and delivery performance.

This role requires regular travel: approximately 1 week/month.
