Global Energy Contracts Manager

Job Summary:
">- Provide administrative support on pre-and post-contractual activities, including contract management and risk modeling.
- Develop a year plan for the department and contribute to the plan of larger units.
- Assist in sales campaigns, provide service agreement and time-material program management, and assure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Interact with customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service, and other teams as a liaison between internal organizations and customers.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
">- Responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
- Provide service agreements and time-material program management.
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
Required Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management.
- Advanced English.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
