Human Resources Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide support to the Human Resources department across various regions, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives in alignment with company policies.

This role plays an important part in promoting the harmonization of HR processes across all functions within a division. It is also crucial to provide support to managers, who are key internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions and prepare reports related to department functions and activities.
  • Update Excel files with essential information for bonus calculations and assist employees with the SSAB People system.
  • Support employees during Performance Management (Annual Reviews) and maintain employee document folders based on received information.
  • Assist in implementing HR process automation and communicate celebration announcements.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at increasing diversity within the organization.
  • Provide general support for human resources routines and focus on achieving results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced English skills and computer proficiency (Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Commitment to learning, maintaining a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with company values and ethics.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Advanced Spanish skills.
