We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with international exposure and identify, engage and hire top talents.
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across multiple teams and countries.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders; providing market insights and talent intelligence.
- Own the overall candidate experience through the hiring process until onboarding.
- Use data to make informed decisions that facilitate hiring and allow the organization to make the best decision.
- Full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing, assessment, negotiation)
- Talent acquisition strategy development and implementation
- Candidate experience improvement
- Data-driven decision making
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Experience using ATS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Excited about driving change and helping the organization evolve
