Who will you collaborate with?
Our exceptional HR Technology team revolutionizes the way HR empowers the business and workforce. This position is crucial in spearheading new processes and enhancements to support Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Management, and more.

How will you contribute?
As a vital member of the HR Technology team, you will oversee, enhance, and support all HR Technology Integrations, requiring detailed technical knowledge. Our primary IT systems include Workday and Kronos. This role acts as a technical liaison for the deployment and maintenance of modules, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The technical advisor will also assist with testing for any new release updates and manage the HR Eco Architecture. The incumbent will collaborate with various business stakeholders and be accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications – Workday and Kronos.

What qualifications do we seek?

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Workday and preferably Kronos / UKG.
  • Preferred certification in Workday Core Integrations and Integration Studio, Workday HCM, and Advanced Integration.
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze potential issues and devise solutions.
  • Capacity to respond positively to feedback and implement necessary changes in processes and procedures.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Time Clocks and maintenance.
  • Adeptness in a fast-paced environment.

What will your daily responsibilities include?

  • Workday Integration Tools:
    • Creating Security Groups and connections within Workday.
    • Configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Workday.
    • Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go live, testing).
    • Leading design sessions, reviewing, and assisting in the creation of project deliverables.
  • Workday Finance Integrations:
    • Reviewing and enhancing the current setup with Workday Expense and Cost Center Hierarchy.
    • Creating API connections to Integrations with banks for expense credit card updates.
    • Further automating manual processes by leveraging Workday tools, including Integration Studio or RPA automation.
  • Workday Reporting and HR Datamart Integrations:
    • Understanding and enhancing the current mapping of HR data into the DataMart built in Oracle database with Informatica.
    • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday integrations using custom reports, EIB, Core connectors, APIs, and Workday Integration Studio.
    • Updating Workday reporting calculated fields, XML files, and XSLT documents for integrations.
    • Troubleshooting data flows to all downstream systems.
  • HR Timekeeping, Payroll, and Benefits Integrations:
    • Understanding and enhancing the current mapping of HR systems for timekeeping, payroll, and benefits.
    • Updating local state and country-level integrations to meet new configuration changes as determined by business teams and governing entities.
    • Leading design meetings for enhancements with IT and HR business teams.
    • Leading Workday to UKG Dimensions bi-directional integration setup.
  • Ongoing Responsibilities:
    • Working directly with corporate business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design.
    • Developing, testing, supporting, and deploying integrations specific to Workday Financials to meet business requirements.
    • Analyzing Workday release updates to understand the impacts of feature changes concerning existing integrations.
    • Ensuring Workday data integrity, including data quality and data extracts.
    • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and responding to changing business demands.
    • Assessing and designing system functionality while actively participating in the entire project lifecycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and change management.
    • Providing technical support for issues related to the integrations designed in the application and offering thoughtful resolutions to prevent recurrence.
