Full-time Lawyer Position

  • Management of junior lawyers and interns is essential to ensure smooth operation of the team.
  • Experience in civil litigation, arbitration, negotiation of agreements, and mediation is crucial for success in this role.
  • Drafting of procedural documents and initial review of all procedural documents produced by the team you coordinate are key responsibilities.
  • Coordination and review of work related to due diligences (limited to civil and consumer law matters) are also important tasks.
  • Responding to various inquiries related to civil procedural law, civil law, corporate law, and consumer law requires strong analytical skills.
  • Drafting of settlement agreements to resolve disputes and drafting of extrajudicial notifications are essential for dispute resolution.
  • Client handling and relevant experience in civil litigation and arbitration are also required.
  • Ability to speak and write in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in people management and flexibility are also essential qualities for success in this role.
