Job Title: Program Director - Global Equities Operations

The role of a Program Director in our organization is to lead and manage the execution of global equities operations projects. This includes overseeing project plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and prioritize projects, allocate resources, and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and customers, to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive project success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with digital solutions (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau) to drive process improvements and enhance project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations, particularly in global equities operations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
