We assist organizations to enhance their operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Our team collaborates with global partners and local software providers to execute SAP's open integration certification program. We work closely with customers to ensure the quality of solution integrations in alignment with SAP's technology strategy.

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for partnering with organizations in Latin America on technical integration topics. Your expertise will help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Perform Integration Certifications">
  • Manage ongoing technical relationships with partners">
  • Integration requirements analysis with individual partners">
  • Provide integration and certification consulting to partners">
  • Perform certification tests (including test system preparation)">
  • Design and roll-out new certification options for partners as the SAP portfolio evolves">
  • Analyze and stay up-to-date on upcoming technologies in and outside SAP that relate to software development, integration, and testing">
  • Facilitate webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions in local language to enable partners">

Requirements:

You must have:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience">
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset as a consultant, interacting with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners">
  • Business-level fluency in English and Portuguese (additional knowledge of Spanish is beneficial)">
  • Ability to work as part of a multicultural team">
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively">
  • Willingsness to contribute to technical content in the form of blogs, webinars, or newsletters">
  • Professional (hands-on) experience and/or functional understanding in at least two of the following areas: SAP Business Technology Platform development, ABAP development, Cloud integration concepts, SAP Integration Suite, SAP NetWeaver Process Integration, middleware technologies, developing SAP interfaces, testing applications, and test automation">
