Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Content Specialist to develop tools for analysis and calculation of local content in proposals and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor changes in legislation related to local content required for projects;
  • Contact suppliers to acquire necessary documents for certification;
  • Simulate the calculation of local content indices during tendering and throughout the project;
  • Evaluate project costs with cost controllers and maintain updated records;
  • Develop purchase strategies with supply chain management to optimize local content percentages;
  • Challenge critical suppliers to present better local content indices;
  • Organize and maintain files with received and sent documentation;
  • Participate in established local content committees (e.g., industry associations) and other future committees;
  • Develop content plans for calculation and recording of values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation;
  • Experience in calculating local content percentages in certification environments or supply chain companies;
  • Analytical skills with knowledge of spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel);
  • Effective communication skills for negotiations with internal clients, suppliers, and partners;
  • Excellent organizational skills and willingness to work in a team;
  • Desirable knowledge of project cost structures;
  • Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
