- Technical Solutions: Ensure that technical solutions meet regulatory needs and are aligned with the company's guidelines and standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear, proactive, and efficient communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and reporting on project progress.
- Experience: Solid experience in team leadership, project management, and implementation of regulatory solutions.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Bacen regulatory requirements (including CADOCS).
- Skills: Strong skills in data structuring and implementation of regulatory systems on a large scale.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and responsiveness.
- Organizational Capacity: High organizational capacity and management of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Fixed Income Systems: Experience in implementing fixed income systems.
- Agile Frameworks: Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Financial Companies: Previous experience in financial companies or those regulated by Bacen.
