Cloud Operations Specialist

At the heart of our organization lies a dynamic team focused on optimizing EDP platform operations. As a Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex workflows, design KPIs / dashboards, and document processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives for AWS / Databricks cost optimization and vendor management, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and automation to guarantee high system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on resiliency and disaster recovery initiatives to safeguard business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, AWS, and FinOps best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with big data and cloud cost tools.
  • IaC, CI/CD, resiliency, and AWS/FinOps certifications are highly valued.
