The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take on a pivotal role that allows you to make significant contributions to our teams, clients, and the overall organization.   • Facilitate discussions with clients regarding product vision and user requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the software development sector in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar.
  • Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define requirements across various platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Backend technologies, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the varying capabilities across iOS, Android, Web, and TV platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and their application in product development for enhanced inclusivity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse roles and technical backgrounds.
  • Experience in shaping product vision, go-to-market strategies, and UI/UX discussions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and comprehend constraints and platform-specific risks.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills, proficient in user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, API documentation, and other requirement documentation methods.
  • Deep technical knowledge of product development processes from concept to launch, including frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proven experience facilitating scrum ceremonies to ensure successful software development cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the initiation of new features and designs, ensuring efficient project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong intuition for user experience and the ability to empathize with product users.
  • Experience as a mentor and leader who fosters an inclusive environment where all ideas are valued.
