Job Title: Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced software engineer with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack. This is a remote full-time position that offers flexibility and autonomy.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using .NET 6, EF 6, Azure, and Azure DevOps. You should have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, a strong understanding of SOLID principles, and experience with object-oriented programming.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Your skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery will enable you to create engaging user experiences.

As a seasoned professional, you will mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and contribute to product releases. You will also participate in research and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Participate in product releases, meetings, and discussions.
  • Provide production support as needed.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Research recent technologies and apply them to enhance the product.
  • Maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting software defects.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent experience in .NET and C#.
  • Experience with ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework 6), MS SQL server database, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with SSIS to support APIs for integration.
  • Experience with manipulating and creating data from various sources (JSON, CSV, Excel, XML).
  • Ability to document code and understand technical requirements.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodology.
  • Knowledge of testing (unit, integration) and software implementation best practices.
  • B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited university in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics & Statistics, or Mathematics.
