Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of breakfast services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the restaurant in the absence of a supervisor during breakfast hours
  • Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to customers
  • Guide and motivate staff members
  • Complete daily paperwork to record success metrics
  • Manage Breakfast Inventory

This role requires excellent organizational, communication and developmental skills. The ideal candidate must be able to manage breakfast shifts, prepare the restaurant for lunch business, and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
Physical Demands:
  • Accurate counting of money
  • Reading and writing in English
  • Regularly lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Basic computer skills
  • Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Reach, bend, see, stoop, kneel, squeeze, and press
