Square-1 Responsibilities:
-----------------------* Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion rates* Build, manage, and optimize automated flows and segmentation using Klaviyo* Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign results* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution* Review and refine email copy to ensure clarity, alignment, and performance* Manage the campaign calendar and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)* Utilize customer data to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns* Work remotely during Toronto hours (
Qualifications and Requirements
