Position Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will oversee internal talent acquisition initiatives across various offices, departments, and disciplines. In this role, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director and Talent Acquisition Partners to manage our talent pipeline and recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking analyses on peer organizations, their structures, and compensation frameworks.
  • Facilitate and assist in sourcing and evaluating talent for potential roles within the organization.
  • Review resumes, conduct preliminary screening interviews, and aid in assessing and ranking potential candidates.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions for advertisement and posting on internal platforms and with external partners.
  • Coordinate participation in career fairs and build talent pipelines.
  • Support the planning and strategizing of future workforce requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates via virtual platforms.
  • Work closely with the TA Director to anticipate upcoming recruitment needs.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation and industry best practices while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Develop and maintain inventories of target organizations and prospective candidates.
  • Assist in the further evaluation of candidates, including the application of psychometric and other assessments.
  • Manage candidate relationships, ensuring they are kept informed about the progress of their applications.
  • Oversee respective candidate pools to ensure qualified individuals remain engaged and interested in current or future roles.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment across international markets and various functions.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confidence in building relationships and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • General proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and psychometric assessments (such as Thomas assessment) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
