At a leading financial institution, we are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our Investment Bank, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global and local laws, regulations, and policies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Ensure effective controls and prompt delivery throughout the onboarding process
- Work directly with clients to help them navigate the onboarding process
- Collaborate across teams and functions to address and resolve issues reported or identified

Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people
- Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Over 5 years' experience in the financial services industry in a related function
- Knowledgeable of global and local KYC-related regulations
