About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Applications Analyst to refine technical requirements, drive process improvements, and support project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Refine requirements for efficient execution
  • Drive new processes and improve existing ones
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business strategy
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to disaster recovery
  • Estimate effort levels for required work
  • Develop and recommend solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Complete tasks as required by IT owners/delegates
  • Configure compliant solutions
  • Lead optimization and process improvement efforts
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful product releases and upgrades
  • Collaborate with resources across functions to implement end-to-end solutions

Key Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations
  • Proven experience in executing technical projects
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
