About AI Engineer Role
As a skilled Senior AI Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on building and scaling cutting-edge GenAI systems. Your focus will be on distributed training and inference optimization.
The ideal candidate should have strong Python development skills, cloud experience, and expertise in modern AI tooling.
You will work closely with research and engineering teams to productionize GenAI solutions using retrieval and agent-based approaches.
Your day-to-day tasks will include designing scalable GenAI infrastructure, developing production-grade code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for someone who can drive product and project planning for AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML system deployment.
The successful candidate will also have experience with emerging GenAI frameworks, compiler technologies, and AI trends.
In addition, they will have hands-on experience deploying containerized AI applications, evaluating performance, reliability, and security of GenAI systems, and effective communication in English.
