Software Solutions Specialist

As a Sales Engineer Junior, you will provide pre-sales technical support to field sales teams during the software sales process. Your focus will be on Database Tools, Data Governance, and End Point Security solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales staff to understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
- Assist in making presentations on selected software products and services.
- Support the preparation of product specifications and proposal materials.
- Participate in customer needs analysis and gather technical requirements.
- Coordinate internal resources and support pre-sales activities.
- Contribute to creating demand for software solutions through research and engagement.
- Support the Partner Enablement plan by organizing training sessions and materials in collaboration with partners.
- A Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed (Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Up to 1 year of experience in IT or technical support roles, internships, or academic projects.
- Basic knowledge of Database Technologies, SQL and NoSQL such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Databricks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to support presentations and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Motivated to work in a collaborative team and develop within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and verbal communications in English.
