About the Role

As a seasoned Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding our agile software development projects towards success.

  • Manage and deliver projects on time and within constraints
  • Define and oversee project scope, goals, and iterations
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, including iteration management and backlog definition
  • Organise daily stand-ups and coordinate the project team
  • Resource allocation and planning
  • Ensure quality assurance
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Manage project administration, Kanban boards, tickets, and other documentation
  • Report regularly to senior leadership
  • Manage client relationships and client meetings
  • Track project performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering agile software development projects successfully
  • Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working with agile methods and platforms including JIRA, Zube, Trello, GitHub
  • Possession of passion and curiosity for new technologies specifically
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Team player with a strong work ethic who enjoys shared success
  • Ability to plan, organise, structure, and prioritise work effectively
