Your primary responsibility will be to provide first-level technical support for Shopify, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed. You will also conduct incident analysis, postmortems, and document resolutions for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Shopify development experience, including Shopify Plus;
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and methodologies;
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts occasionally, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 support environment;
  • Experience troubleshooting site issues with various tools;
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
  • Experience with page performance optimization and secure development practices;
  • Knowledge of front-end caching, CDNs, and request-response flow;
  • Familiarity with Jira;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in teams;
  • Patience, empathy, and customer-first mindset;
  • Continuous learning and adaptability;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
