Responsibilities

  • Design and implement actionable cost-saving strategies and monitor budget execution.
  • Align strategic plans with company objectives and adjust based on market intelligence.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support team performance and continuous improvement.
  • Develop customized training programs and foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to synchronize project goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain organized documentation for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee project execution from planning to evaluation, ensuring efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or Industrial Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar industry with strong hands-on field exposure.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and their application in business analysis.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
