POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Financial Systems Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the localization of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include the development of tailored pre-configuration business settings for various local markets, commonly referred to as Best Practices.

We are looking for a seasoned FI consultant with extensive experience in SAP Finance implementation projects, having successfully completed at least three full lifecycle projects. Ideally, the candidate should possess knowledge of financial practices in Latin American countries such as Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. The preferred qualifications include proficiency in the following areas:

SAP Finance and Controlling Expertise
Experience and understanding of the following processes:

• General Ledger: Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles, along with the setup of chart of accounts.

• Accounts Payable: Familiarity with payment methodologies and invoicing/purchasing workflows.

• Accounts Receivable: Insight into dunning processes, invoicing/sales distribution, and credit management.

• Fixed Assets: Competence in chart of depreciation, depreciation keys, and asset areas.

• Controlling (CO): Expertise in overhead cost accounting and management of internal orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate the configuration settings provided for the German S/4HANA solution and implement necessary localization adjustments for various country solutions.

• Develop and maintain content for SAP S/4HANA country solutions tailored to Latin American markets.

• Conduct testing of diverse business processes delivered and make requisite modifications to configuration or documentation as necessary.

• Support the resolution of customer incidents utilizing SAP's incident management tools.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with adaptability and assertiveness.

• Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience as a management assistant is advantageous.

• Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural and multi-location environment.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Practical knowledge of legal requirements in one or more of the following countries is advantageous: Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina.
