Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Training Specialist to join our team in South and Central America. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing global training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team.

This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging content, and delivering effective training sessions to drive sales success. Additionally, this function will support or partially take over the project management for global training development and introduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with senior sales managers to identify training needs focused on HE portfolio, digitalization, and effective sales techniques.
  • PM for Training Programs Development: Coordinate, develop, and implement training programs for sales staff, including new hires and ongoing development for existing employees.
  • Deliver Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales team performance and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the regional sales and marketing departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.
  • Mentor and Coach: Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff to help them achieve their targets.
Your Background
  • Background in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Language: Portuguese, Spanish & English
  • Deep experience in sales or sales training.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and the training software Articulate.
