Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Manager to lead our clinical initiatives and drive business growth at Philips International. As a Medical Manager, you will be responsible for shaping clinical decision-making and delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Leadership: Lead care delivery in implementation projects with full control of the clinical services portfolio.
2. Team Development: Educate and inspire our sales team to offer clinical solutions in LATAM.
3. Strategic Project Management: Oversee the methodology behind the implementation of clinical processes, initiate innovative projects, and ensure their successful execution, achieving key business indicators.
4. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to offer solutions that will improve adoption of the EMR and meaningful use.

Requirements:

1. Proven project management expertise (PMP, Prince, SAFE Agile, or equivalent)
2. MD degree with a strong business acumen and corporate experience
3. Proficiency in TASY system with experience leading implementation or adoption projects
4. Master in Business Administration (MBA) is desirable
5. In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian healthcare market, some knowledge of LATAM market is desirable.
