About the Role

This is a high-impact, cross-functional position ideal for someone passionate about wellness, tech-enabled solutions, and community building.

  • Coordinate and publish weekly and monthly live class schedules to ensure a seamless experience for both sides of the platform.
  • Communicate with wellness instructors to confirm availability, gather class details, and provide timely updates.
  • Provide basic support to clients and instructors, including tech check-ins, live session support, and FAQs.
  • Assist with monitoring class attendance and flagging any issues or trends to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Help gather and organize feedback from members to improve class offerings and better meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote upcoming classes and increase engagement across the platform.
  • Maintain accurate records and help ensure consistent program delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in wellness programming, admin coordination, virtual event management, or community support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and digital scheduling tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and instructors.
  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and passionate about wellness to drive success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

If you have experience working at a health tech or wellness startup, or a background in virtual wellness delivery or e-learning company, you will have a competitive edge in this role.
