Regional Data Analyst

This role requires a detail-oriented individual to bridge the gap between technical and business requirements. The successful candidate will create insightful data dashboards that drive decision making across the regional office and its schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform staffing and budget decisions.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key metrics, including staff allocation, payroll costs, and utilization.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with goals and constraints.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
  • Help set up and monitor the HR budget, providing insights on variances and areas for cost optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key financial metrics and HR operational efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing processes and systems through data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues, and best practices.
