We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global indirect procurement organization, driving data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. As an Indirect Analytics Manager, you'll oversee a team of analysts, developing and implementing effective data analysis and reporting strategies to support cost reduction, price management, compliance, and category management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a global team of indirect analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Develop and execute data analysis and reporting strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Partner with global procurement management, business stakeholders, finance, and sourcing managers to drive cross-functional initiatives and objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data results published by the team.
  • Define project requirements with stakeholders, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and present solutions to project sponsors and procurement leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work based on importance, value creation, and global reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Train and coach team members, including performance and career management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, establishing best practices globally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, accounting, finance, information technology, statistics, economics, mathematics, or a technical degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a proven track record of managing people and driving results.
  • Strong understanding of negotiation strategy, competitive bid process, source selection, and freight terms.
Desirable Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and imperfect data in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including scope definition, plan development, and timely execution.
  • Success working with data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within resource constraints.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
