Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in integrating external systems with Salesforce environments, enhancing user experience and optimizing platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Connected App integrations for external data synchronization with Salesforce objects (Contacts, Accounts, Leads).
  • Design and build an AppExchange Plugin using Lightning Web Components for seamless external data display within the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand integration requirements and provide guidance on business use cases and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration issues to maintain accurate sync records and audit logs.
  • Maintain high-quality code standards and comprehensive documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, especially in external product integrations via Connected Apps and AppExchange.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and experience with Salesforce API integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to design and architectural discussions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of user interaction within Salesforce.
