Selezioniamo un collaboratore per ricoprire il ruolo di Ammministrazione/Paghe e contributi. La persona selezionata sarà responsabile di supportare l'amministrazione aziendale nelle attività contabili e amministrative quotidiane.

Le responsabilità principali sono:

  • Gestione della contabilità generale, inclusa la registrazione di fatture attive e passive;
  • Supporto nella preparazione della documentazione per la dichiarazione IVA;
  • Riconciliazione bancaria e controllo dei movimenti finanziari;
  • Gestione degli scadenzari e dei pagamenti;
  • Archiviazione e organizzazione della documentazione contabile;
  • Supporto amministrativo generale all'ufficio;
  • Eventuale supporto nella preparazione di report periodici.
Requisiti
  • Diploma di Ragioneria o titolo di studio equivalente;
  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli contabili;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili fondamentali;
  • Familiarità con i principali strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel);
  • Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e affidabilità;
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
