Senior Developer Lead

Job Title: Senior Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior developer lead to oversee the development of innovative video services on our platform. As the head of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, guiding technical implementations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and Guide Technical Implementations: Manage the end-to-end implementation of technical solutions, ensuring consistency and quality across back-end, front-end, and DevOps layers.
  • Strategic Release Planning and Coordination: Lead the planning and scheduling of releases, coordinating timelines and ensuring alignment with project goals and business priorities.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build efficient communication and collaboration processes across internal teams and coordinate with external partners to maintain alignment and streamline project execution.
  • Evaluate Business Impact of Releases: Participate in post-release analysis to assess business impact, evaluate outcomes, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor Technical Performance and Resolve Incidents: Oversee technical metrics, proactively monitor for potential issues, and participate in incident resolution to maintain system stability and reliability.
  • Optimize Development Processes and Speed: Identify and address bottlenecks in development workflows to accelerate time-to-market (TTM) for new features and updates, driving efficiency in change delivery.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Professional Programming Experience: Strong expertise in software development, preferably using .NET framework, with a track record of delivering quality code and system designs.
  • Proven Distributed Team Leadership: Skilled in managing and coordinating remote teams, fostering collaboration across time zones, and maintaining high productivity.
  • High-Load System Development: Experienced in designing, building, and scaling high-performance systems that handle significant user traffic and data volumes.
  • Production Issue Resolution: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues by analyzing technical metrics, investigating user feedback, and forming data-driven hypotheses to resolve root causes effectively.
  • Project Management: Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring each aligns with business goals and adheres to timelines and budgets.
  • Task Prioritization: Skilled in evaluating task urgency and impact to prioritize effectively, balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.

  • DevOps Practices: Understanding DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and system observability to support efficient development workflows and system reliability.
