As a Technical Implementer, your main responsibility is to support customers in successfully integrating our product by designing and implementing solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for managing the deployment project and collaborating with the customer success team on knowledge of integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved, ensuring timely implementations and initiatives.
- Assist the Customer Success team in the production stage, performing practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.
- Configure services, test them, and analyze metrics.
- Implement upsells and add new software versions when clients are live.
- Improve documentation of the area.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in a technical implementor role or customer support role.
- Previous experience integrating systems.
- Experience with software engineering, customer experience, and design architecture.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Software or engineering fields preferred.
- Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role required.
- Strong background in using REST API Services.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS.
- Familiarity constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases.
Required Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge on Postman, Rest APIs, and Jira.
- Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way.
- Project management skills required.
