About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running work environment, providing administrative and facilities-related support to all employees in our São José dos Campos office and remotely.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer Workplace Services, including events, meeting room management, reception, mail management, facilities maintenance, utilities, and administration.
  • Liaise with vendors and maintenance providers to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and assist in implementing safety protocols.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related queries and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
