The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working with elderly populations.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Responding to medical emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to facility protocols and best practices.
