Customer Experience Specialist

As a key member of the Kerry team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our Pharma division clients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the customer's focal point, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  • Receive and process purchase orders from customers, ensuring accurate and efficient entry into our system.
  • Monitor orders closely to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Prepare and send relevant documentation to customers as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, planning, export, financial, and quality, to ensure seamless communication and negotiation.
  • Utilize Sales Force tool for effective communication and case management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • SAP proficiency is mandatory.
  • Advanced English language skills are required, with Spanish being a desirable asset.
  • Sales Force experience is also desirable.
  • This is a temporary 6-month contract opportunity.
